The one explaining Why we need music...

There is a music store called Tower Records, they have a slogan that has became part of my life, it says, "No music, no life". Maybe for some it will be a little to extreme.
But for me there is magic in the music, being raised by a melomaniac its hard for me to not be in love with the music. My dad used to say that when I was a baby he put me next to his couch in our living room, turn on the stereo and listen to classical music next to me while he was reading something about medicine.
Ever since, I have been aware of the music in the universe. For me there is no family dinner if we don't put music as a background. It has became a must.
Everybody will thing that me loving the music will make me an amateur player, or even a semi pro. But... Being honest I am the worst one there. I cant follow the rhythm or play an instrument or even sing. Belive me I have try and I have failed but this only makes me appreciate music even more.
I listen to this magic in the air and the answer of why we need music is clear, we need music because it is food for our soul.
